Features

Scorecards KPI Dashboard starts with defining your indicators and metrics. Every indicator / metric is turned into a scorecard by the application. End-users can navigate to scorecards from Dashboards and choose their own visualization.	Dashboards KPI Dashboard allows you to create dashboards for your end-users, providing them with a default visualization of the data. Creating dashboards does not require any technical knowledge. You can create role-based dashboards (different dashboards for different users).
Formulas You can define indicators/metrics with formula’s over other indicators/metrics. For instance, [Profit] = [Revenue] – [Costs]. KPI Dashboard has a similar syntax as spreadsheets.	Mobile & Web You can access your scorecards on the web using your browser, but also with the iPhone and iPad app. Always easy access to your company performance, in the office, on the road and at home.
Breakdowns Breakdowns are ways to further “break down your indicator performance”. Examples: Sales by Country, by Product, by Salesrep. You can set up multiple breakdowns per indicator.	Aggregates Aggregates are analytic functions (Running SUMS/AVG) that allow you to analyze your trends even better. If you measure daily, you can use aggregates to create 7 days and 30 days running sums and averages or analyze performance with weekly monthly, quarterly or yearly sums to filter out seasonal influences. You can use these aggregates in formula’s to build predictive models.
Targets You can set targets for your indicators and track deviation from target. Targets could also be budgets.	Thresholds You can set thresholds alongside your targets. When thresholds are exceeded, system messages are created and your team members will be notified.
Messages With KPI Dashboard your team members can communicate in Twitter style about what they are doing to improve performance.	Weekly emails Every monday the system will send out a weekly email overview with the performance of your most important indicators and all the messages and threshold alerts of the past week.
Sharing You can share dashboards with other team members and authorize them to view 1 or multiple dashboards.	PDF and Email Every dashboard or scorecard can be turned into a PDF or can be emailed so you can distribute your information.
Public Dashboards For businesses who need to publish metrics and statistics there is the option to make dashboards publicly accessible on the Internet. Common public dashboards are: Shareholder information, Customer Service performance, Government spending, demographics, school performance, hospital performance.	Security Your data is secure. All communication with KPI Dashboard is encrypted, you can set IP Range filtering. You do not need to punch a hole in your firewall when using our data collector. APIs The KPI Dashboard APIs (application programming interfaces), allow any developer to build an integration with KPI Dashboard. No matter if your data resides in web applications, flatfiles or any other data storage. If you can get it out, you can get it to us using our APIs.	Data collector The data collector is installed on your servers and allows you to connect to any Oracle, SAP-Sybase, IBM-DB2, MySQL or Microsoft SQL server database. The data collector executes SQL statements and sends the results to our servers so your dashboards are always up to date.
