You can connect to any datasource, Oracle, SQL Server, SAP BW. The KPI Library DataCollector is a secure software agent that is installed within your IT infrastructure. The DataCollector enables configuration of data collection from SQL structured databases, and it automatically sends collected data as indicator scores to your KPI Dashboard account.

The DataCollector is installed within your IT environment. It sends data from within your infrastructure to KPI Dashboard. Of course, you could use the APIs instead of the DataCollector to send the data, however the DataCollector provides features that enables you to create data integrations more quickly and with less programming effort.

Every developer or technical consultant should be able to configure our DataCollector. It’s configured using SQL to collect data from the datasources.

The DataCollector is unlimited available for all Enterprise customers and limited for self-service (basic/pro) customers. Self-Service customers who use the data collector to automate daily collection will run into data history restrictions. These restrictions can be removed when upgrading to the Enterprise edition.
